Booking Terms & Conditions
In booking Pots'n'Paints for your party or event you hereby agree to have read, understood and be bound by our terms and conditions.
BOOKING The date booked will be confirmed upon receipt of the booking
form and deposit, which is requested within 10 working days. The person
signing the booking form certifies that he or she is authorised to agree the
booking conditions on behalf of all other members of the party.
PAYMENT Booking Forms must be accompanied by a non-refundable £25
deposit by cheque payable to Mrs J Williams. The remainder is due on the
day of the party.
CANCELLATION If you cancel after returning your booking form, you will
forfeit the deposit. In the very unlikely event that Pots'n'Paints has to cancel
the event or party, the party organiser agrees that Pots'n'Paints shall be
liable only for an amount equal to the deposit paid.
SETTING UP We will arrive approximately 20 minutes before the start time
stated on the booking form.
SAFETY We do not accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage
of your property however caused or sustained. All underglazes, glazes and
paints used by Pots'n'Paints are water soluble (unless advised otherwise) and
the party organiser agrees to assume all liabilities for any and all damages
or consequential damages, resulting from use, misuse or accidental spillage,
of our products by the event/party organiser, their guests and
attendees. The purchaser further agrees that Pots'n'Paints shall not be
responsible, accountable or liable in any way for bodily injury resulting from
the misuse of any equipment supplied by Pots'n'Paints for the use at your
party/event.
LOSS/DAMAGE In the event of loss or damage occurring during glazing,
firing or delivery, Pots'n'Paints shall be liable only for the cost of
replacement and/or refund to the original value of the ceramic item.
NB: Your party may be subject to a small mileage charge for delivery and collection if over
10 miles from us. Minimum spend £75
